Here at Nirvana, we are passionate about two things – the experience we offer our clients and the contribution we can make to the environment.
Established in January 2007 by Toiya Staley, Nirvana Hair and Body Sanctum employ a team of 12 dedicated staff whose sole priority is to give you the very best treatment and care whilst at our salon. With the combined expertise of business management, human resources and industry specialists we believe we have the perfect balance of skills for our business.
Having a team of 3 qualified senior hair stylists (Anita, Tia & Hayley), 1 x 3rd Year apprentices (Reahgan) & 1 x 2nd Year Apprentice (Sharnae) 1x 1st year Apprentice (Shauna), 4 Beauty therapists (Laura, Michelle, Lexie & Crystal), 1x Beauty Trainee (Ana) and our Manager/Owner (Toiya) allows our staff to not only share the latest technologies and trends between themselves, but also helps to fit your appointment in when you need it. We pride ourselves on offering expert advice and always going about our business in a friendly yet professional manner. If you have any special requests, comments or advice on how we can improve your visit to the Sanctum we welcome your input.

To fit in with your work, family and lifestyle commitments Nirvana Hair and Body Sanctum is open five days a week, with extended trading hours on Tuesdays & Thursday evenings.
Tuesday 8.30am - 8.30pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 6.00pm
Thursday 8.30am- 8.30pm
Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Saturday 8.30 am – 4.30pm

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30 IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
THIS CHARGE WILL APPLY AT THE END OF YOUR NEXT SERVICE, OR TAKEN OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT YOU HAVE SECURED YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH.
WE NEED 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

EVERYTIME A CLIENT DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE BUSINESS IS AT A MAJOR LOSS AND A POTENTIAL CLIENT MISSES OUT ON AN APPOINTMENT.

WE DON’T WANT THIS TO DETER YOU FROM COMING TO NIRVANA WE ONLY ASK THAT YOU BE FAIR BY GIVING US THE NOTICE THAT WE DESERVE.

1.Please arrive on time, if you arrive late to your appointment your service could
be reduced to accommodate our next client or worse cancelled. You may be
asked for a deposit or credit card details to secure your next appointment.
2.We take care with your belongings, but we hold no responsibility for loss or
damage. It is advisable to leave expensive items at home. In most beauty
treatments you will be asked to remove your jewellery.
3. Please turn your mobile phone to silent when entering Nirvana, and only speak
on the phone if urgent.
4. We understand it is sometimes hard to get a baby sitter so if you must bring
your child then they are your responsibility to keep them quiet whilst in the
salon. It is preferred that you hire a baby sitter so that you can relax and
other clients are not disturbed.
5. If you get into the habit of cancelling at the last minute or not showing up for
your appointment, you may need to provide a deposit or credit card details to
secure your next appointment. This deposit is non refundable.
6. If you are contagious with a medical condition eg. Cold, flu, lice, conjunctivitis,
cold sores etc please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to
re-schedule. Our staff get sick too, which may result in not being able to provide
a service to our clients, so please think of others instead of getting your
service done.
